How do I book my room?

A.

We have a group block of rooms at group rates
available for our guests. Please book with Maggie
through Reserve Your Room with Destination
Weddings.

q.

What is required to book my room?

A.

There is a deposit of $50 per person to hold your
room or $100 a room. Any travel insurance that is
purchased is required at booking. The website will
automatically calculate this for you when you
book through our booking site.

q.

How long can I book my room for?

A.

You are welcome to stay as long as you would
like, but please arrive at least one day prior to the
wedding date. The minimum night stay is 3 nights.

What if I need a room for more than
four guests?

A.

Unfortunately, the resort does not allow more
than 3 adults per room. Simply email Maggie ​at
melles@destinationweddings.com and let her
know. She is happy to help!

What if I find pricing online lower?

A.

We have worked with Maggie and the resort
closely to hold/provide group rates that ​will not
change during our planning process. If you should
find a lower price, please reach ​out to Maggie at
melles@destinationweddings.com to let her know
and she can attempt to ​price match it for you.

What airport will I need to fly into?

A.

You will fly into the Puerto Vallarta International
Airport (PVR).

Can I make payments?

A.

ABSOLUTELY! You will receive an email
invoice after you book ​your room. Please use the
invoice link in the email to make payments at ​
your convenience.

Does this pricing include airfare?

A.

No - However, flights are typically less expensive if
purchased directly from the airline.

• You will fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport
  (PVR).
• DO NOT purchase flights until your room is
  confirmed.
• Please email Maggie your flight details once booked so
  I can confirm your transfer times-

Why do you need my flight
information?

A.

Maggie needs your flight details because roundtrip
airport transfers are included with your reservation.
Please provide the following details: DATE OF
TRAVEL, AIRLINE, FLIGHT NUMBER, &
TIME for both your arrival and departure.

EXAMPLE:

ARRIVING: 11/05/2025 - DELTA 4321 - 1:00PM

DEPARTURE: 11/09/2025 - DELTA 1234 - 5:00PM

Is the resort all-inclusive?

A.

YES! Rates include, all snacks/meals/drinks (even
alcoholic drinks!) non-motorized water sports,
taxes & dining gratuities. But it’s always
important to bring cash for tips!

What is an airport transfer?

A.

An airport transfer is your transportation to and
from the airport to the resort. Your airport transfer
will be provided by Amstar.

q.

Do I need a passport to travel to the
wedding?

A.

YES, you will need a passport book! Ensure they
are free from any rips, stains or watermarks. They
must also be valid 2 months beyond your
departure date.

What if something happens and I
can’t make it?

A.

Life happens! That’s why it’s HIGHLY
recommended to purchase Travel Protection. It
MUST be purchased at ​the time of booking. If
Travel Protection is declined, all monies paid
toward this booking are ​non-refundable and non-
transferable and will be forfeited if cancelled or
you do not arrive ​at the hotel as scheduled. Travel
Protection, once purchased, is non-refundable.
You will be ​given two options below...one for full
refund in the form of payment and the other,
travel ​credit. Please make sure to read this
carefully when booking.
